No message board Friday

NEW BOARD INFO: We will be going live on the new board next Friday. The board itself will shut down sometime late Thursday and we anticipate being down all day Friday and part of Saturday while the data is transferred

...ok, now I have to figure out how I will manage between late tomorrow and Saturday afternoon......

How about buddying up with someone? I've buddied up with my challenge partner and we have each other's email so that at least we can keep in touch IN CASE we are struggling with resisting temptation or the like...
Fridays and weekends are usually harder for me, so even with one buddy it will hopefully tide me through.

What if we create a new thread tomorrow a.m. called "need a buddy while the board is down?" or something. Post a message saying that anyone who is willing to email with others this weekend should respond asap.

Then people can p.m. people who have indicated they are willing and exchange email addresses?

What about creating a thread in a few of the forums now? ... my Thursday is nearly over, but I imagine yours is just starting or will start soon, and I read the boards could go down late Thurs - which means we need to set up the buddying system in the next few hours?
