Oh, gosh, getting up this a.m. and seeing the board up was THE BEST!
I am starting Day Thirteen. Feel great! Feeling more and more fit as the days go by. Fewer, if any, cravings. Yesterday I didn't eat as frequently and I felt a little bit low on energy a couple of times, so today I'm going to make sure I eat something every 3 hours. It seems to work better for me.
I survived the Board being down thanks to the constant support of Dragonfly and Terry - thank you SO much guys!
I'm trying to decide about working out today. My body may need a break since I've been doing so much. I'm thinking about maybe just doing a yoga tape and a walk instead of going to the gym. This is NOT because I'm lazy, it's because I'm sensing a little more stiffness and sort of tightness in my legs and shoulders...what do you guys think?
