I was very successful my first go 'round on this woe.
Alot of personal things contributed to my demise....
I only gained 15 pounds back but it was close enough to the 200 lb mark to scare the pants off me (which would be hard to do being since they are so tight now)...
Anywho, I am on day 2.
I have some questions...since the old board is gone I am lost...there are some percentages or something I need to figure up as far as ratios go, can someone lead me in the right direction? I have decided to be faithful. Yep. I am on fitday everyday! I am having problems not eating enough though, my calories seem ok (lil low) but my carbs are too low and I think thats what the ratios I am asking about has to do with?? **** I dunno, I am so disoriented now, LOL!
