    I thought it might be interesting for us all to share the staple foods/meals that we have in our menus. You know, the things that we eat every day or several times a week, or keep handy because they're easy!

    Mine are:

    - flax cracker with cream cheese or cheddar
    - warm spinach with feta
    - hot dogs
    - chicken drumsticks (so easy to take with me...so long as i have a napkin!)
    - a sour cream and egg sorta thing that I bake - either sweet, with splenda, or salty, with a bit of cheddar and green chiles.
    - mashed turnips with parmesan
    - fried zuchini with parmesan
    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
    218/187/140
    Measuring every 2 weeks
    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

    Flax muffins
    tuna/egg salad
    always a baked chicken in fridge
    caluliflour fresh or frozen
    summer squash
    pepperoni chips

        I really need to jump on this flax bandwagon... how do you make the flax cracker? This sounds like something i can't live without.

        My list:

        Tuna
        Eggs
        Bacon
        Celery
        Cheese
        Baked Chicken
        Green beans
        Salad in a bag!!!

        I need some more things to add.... i don't want to get bored. I am hoping to steal some ideas from you guys!
