  • Sunday exercise check-in

    Ok, I dragged myself to the gym and did my 30 min of cardio and upper body weight training.

    We are going to the beach later and I hope to get in a 30 minute walk on the sand, which leaves my legs feeling like cooked spaghetti.
    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
    218/187/140
    Measuring every 2 weeks
    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

    Yay! I did my workout... after three days of doing nothing and excuses. I did my workout video for 40 minutes.

        hummmm. This is a great way to remain accountable. I have gotten a work out partner/atkins partner. She and I will be going to the gym tonight.

          That is an awesome idea ~ it is always nice to have a friend doing the same thing so you can help each other out! I don't have anyone here, so this board helps me out so much. Especially Fin's exercise check-ins!

            Yup still trudging along with the daily walk. I try to do two 17 min walks a day, but some days, 1 walk is all I can manage. Terrible storms we have been having lately here on the prairies! I didn't see any weight loss during TOM, but stayed the same, and lost inches...Nicely! Gonna go get my umbrella and go for walk #2. Good luck all!

              Just back from the beach, where I did a brisk 40 min walk instead of the 30 I'd planned. I am terribly proud of myself except when I walk, because my thighs rubbed together and are chafed! And then I got SEA WATER on them! Yikes!
