I'm finishing up Day 14. Thought I'd reflect a little on what I've done and learned:
- I learned that spinach is GOOD!
- I learned that I cannot fulfil my current exercise commitments unless I actually go somewhere to do it. Tapes at home are not going to happen.
- I learned that the only way I can do this is to be accountable. To this board, these buddies, etc. I tried and tried to restart. Wasn't until I came here that I made it more than 10 hours this time around.
- I learned how to make flax crackers and boy are they good with melted cheese or cream cheese!
- I learned that I will not throw up if I drink 130 fluid oz of water a day.
- I learned to live without the scale. I am completely uninterested in what it says. I do not care. I probably won't weigh until at least 1 month. I care only about inches and how I feel and how my clothes fit.
