Yup, me walking my daily 34 minute walk with an umbrella and sloshy feet. lol I haven't cheated, and am struggling with 3 pounds that keep going up and down. I can see inches lost though so I am estatic anyway! Those 3 pounds will likely go for good when I stop using salt. Spitz (salty delish sunflower seeds) are my downfall sometimes. Then we made this amazing recipe for supper tonight and the soya sauce is pretty sodium dense. Time for walk # 2! And water water water!

I exercised yesterday. Took my son to a parade, walked forever and then walked forever back - right up the steepest hill ever. Ugh!! Sore now, but hey at least I got the exercise in. I'd say it was about an hour total (not included walking at the actual parade).

I think that the true sign of Atkins exercise success is when you automatically get exercise in somehow (like walking to and from a parade). Kudos!
I find myself parking further from the grocery store entrance and walking. Or when I went to the mall the other day, I didn't automatically park right in front of the store I was going to, but far away, so I got in a short mall walk.Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05

The little things add up too! For those of you that have trouble exercising, don't forget that. Window shopping at the mall, parking further from the store as Finelly did, walking to the parade as I did. It all counts. Start small and add on from there
