    hellooo i'm here too! don't have to work today so that's good. frustrated cause i can't get my before and after pictures to show up! buut other than that i am doing good. planning on making some alfredo-ish chicken for dinner today. yum.
    Starting Weight: 190 (2005)
    Goal Weight: 140 (met goal summer 06)
    Current Weight: refuse to get on the scale but all my clothes don't fit
    New Goal Weight: 135

      i too am still here! we are short quite a few people at work, not to mention that the holiday only gave us 4 days, so i am swamped!!
