Second Timers Alert! I am issuing a challenge to every single one of you!!!!!!!!
Let's all make a 2-week commitment to stay focussed on this woe and get some exercise in every day. At the end of the two weeks, we will measure to see how many inches have been lost! Forget the scale! You can check it if you want, but it doesn't count for the purposes of this challenge.
Here's what you do: Go to www.mybodycomp.com and set up a FREE account if you don't already have one. Go to the "My body" icon and start a chart of your measurements. The site will tell you exactly what to measure and how. Record the amounts. You do not need to share the measurements with us.
At the end of the two weeks, i.e. on Wednesday, July 20, we will all measure again and add up the inches lost!
I can guarantee that we will all be winners, but it will be fun to see how BIG of a loser each of us is!
I encourage everyone to do this with me. Especially those who feel like they aren't making progress right now due to slow or no changes on the scale!
