  • Tuesday exercise check-in

    45 min cardio, 15 min upper body weight training.

    I have increased cardio by 15 min this week and today I started upping the weight resistence on the machines....I am now as limp as a 25-year old t-shirt.
    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
    218/187/140
    Measuring every 2 weeks
    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

    Great job on your exercise Finelly!

    I did about 15 minutes (1mile) of WATP this a.m.

    15 minutes of walking during lunch (shopping, so low impact but at least I was moving)

    And I plan to do either a 30 minute walk this evening or the 2 mile WATP video.

      I plan to do 30 minutes of cardio and 50 crunches. I don't know how to measure time for crunches since I do them by reps.

        Hmmmm......crunches are a good idea. I think I need to add crunches and sit-ups into my routine. That belly does not seem to be going anywhere - though I have not measured so I don't know for sure

          I did my Firm video this morning that was 40 minutes long. Way to go, Finelly on your successful two-week 16 inches loss! That is awesome!
