  • Wednesday Exercise Check-in

    I have not yet worked out today, but I am starting this thread to show my commitment to get it done.

    Normally I exercise early in the a.m., to get it over with, but today I had errands and crap to do so I won't be able to go until about 4.

    If I get the temptation to skip it, someone slap me very very hard!
    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
    218/187/140
    Measuring every 2 weeks
    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

    Ok, since I've been back from vacation, I haven't been very good about posting my exercise commitments for the day, but I've been doing surprisingly well.

    Today, I will go for a walk...about one hour at 3mph. There, now I have to do it.
    Originally Started May 29, 2003 and lost 96 pounds. Fell off the wagon and gained over 100 pounds back. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

      Ok, Wednesday exercise: I will either walk a minimum of 30 minutes through my painfully hilly neighborhood, or do the 2 Mile WATP video.

        I haven't done either of my 2 17 minute walks today, but will do so after dark when its cooler out. From thundershowers to heatwave...weird!

        Finelly...(BOOT) have you done your exercise for today? Might bring you outta that funk you are in.

          Yeah, well, I forgot that dh has to work tonight, he has the car, and my window of opportunity to go to the gym was between 1 and 3:30.......when I was napping.

          I think I'm going to give myself a rest day and go first thing in the morning. As I've repeatedly said, if I don't do it then...........

          And now I'll work on forgiving myself.
