    Beat you to posting it, Finelly!

    Come on everybody let's exercise! I did my walk last night. Tonight I pledge to go to Curves.

    You know if you post it here, then there's no backing out...no excuses! So come on everybody and commit to exercise! Especially everybody in the measurement challenge!

    HAH! I'll get you back someday.......

    I will work out with my daughter. This afternoon. I know, I know, but I have to go back to the *&($#*&T DMV at 8 a.m.......However, when daughter says we're going at 3, we're going at 3. I don't back out......

        New Me in 2005 - How do you like Inches a Weigh? We recently had a few open up. I'd love to know what you think.

        For my exercise today, I will either take a 30 minute walk or do the WATP two mile tape. I will also do 45 crunches, some leg lifts, etc.

          What is Inches-A-Weigh??? I am curious now.

            Hi all! I just finished my "Firm" video and i am pooped, but i got it over with. Yay! I really find that i have to workout in the morning or the chances of it happening later in the day is unlikely.

            I made myself workout before i could even check the message boards. So it was something to look forward to!

              I should be out walking now, but I am working so...gotta wait til later. I haven't missed a single day though! The only thing that varies from time to time is whether its a 17 min walk or 2 17 minute walks. Depends on what my day allows and my sore hip too. (Damn sound equipment)

                20 min stationary bike, 15 min 3.5 mph walk, 12 laps in the pool, lower body weights!!!!!
