    Made it to day 3!

    My birthday is tomorrow and my gift to myself is to be cheat free on day 4!

    It's wierd but I love how it feels when I interlock my hands and feel how skinny my fingers start to feel! It's almost like the budgy-ness (sp?) goes away in my hands first then the tummy starts to debloat (word?) - I'm tired sorry - feeling the induction flu but loving it! Thanks everyone!

    Happy Cheat Free (early) Birthday!! That is a great present!

    My fingers, face and boobs lose weight first before any real headway in the tummy area.
