Off Topic: What is "Rep Power"????

Hi all! I noticed we have a "Rep Power" display in the top right corner of our board. What does this represent and how many green marks do you get? Is there somewhere on here I could read about it?

I want rep power (even though I adon't know what it is, it must be good!) LOL!

Thanks for the info!!! I guess members need to "rate" your post for you to get rep power...that makes sense now!
