  • Never say never...

Well, I did something that I swore I wouldn't do. I followed this WOE for almost a year, lost 70 lbs. or so, and then reverted to my old ways after finding out that my brother had brain cancer. After a rollercoaster 8 month fight, he passed away last month and now here I am, depressed and feeling terrible physically because I gained back the entire 70 lbs. and then some.

I was so excited when I came back to my senses, started back with the WOE and rediscovered the board with all these great enhancements! It's also good to see that others have done the same thing and yet were able to pull themselves up by their bootstraps and get back on track!

Thanks, you guys, for being such an inspiration!

            Welcome Jh!

I am very sorry for the loss of your brother. I can understand where you are at this time as my home suffered a huge loss less than 2 months ago. Take it all one day at a time and feel free to PM any time you feel the need.

You have made the first step in the right direction.
