Just checking in on everyone to see how ya'll are doing this morning. This week went by pretty fast.
My back is better this morning. Im not moving really fast or making any quick twists or picking up anything off the floor but the simple act of standing up doesnt send an ungodly pain thru my lower back. NO MORE LIFTING 50# BAGS OF MULCH AND COMPOSTE!!! I have learned my lesson.
I am glad to have made it without eating myself thru the boredom. So my goals stay the same for now: Water and good food. I know Im not up for a trip to Curves so maybe Ill get in a longer, albeit still slow walk around the back 40 here at home.
Any special plans this weekend that you have to prepare for?
