I have the WORST headache! Today's food:
string cheese before playing tennis
can of tuna fish mixed with mixed veggies from a can (about 6 carbs worth) with mayo, mustard, red wine vinegar for lunch
Hamburger patty for snack
prosciutto, cheese, asparagus, ham, and some little pickles for dinner.
What am I missing?
