    Yup, yup, we gotta work out. Yesterday, not many people checked in.........

    Today I did the bike for 10 minutes, walked for 20 min, 6 laps of breaststroke, and upper body weight training.

    And now, I shall collapse into a little heap on the floor.....
    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
    218/187/140
    Measuring every 2 weeks
    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

      Well, so you wont feel alone Finelly................ Even though I am not yet in this challenge............

      I managed a little walking today trying to strengthen these blasted back muscles for a more solid workout in the (hopefully) near future.

      Doesnt quite compare to your day though............ Ill be back in true exercising condition soon

        I walked for 34 minutes at 6 a.m. Sat morn then spent 2 hours unloading sound equipment, setting up the show, spent 6 hours running around the stage performing the show tonight (wanting to swat kids off the stage) and another 2 hours to tear it down. If I don't lose a pound by tomorrow over this, I'll FREAK! lol And just to get a head start on Sunday, its 4:10 a.m here now and I am going to go do my walk right now! Ok MOM? heh heh

            Wow Star, I'd say you lost some pounds or built some muscles!! You definitely fullfilled the exercise quota for the day
