During the first two weeks people general lose 5-10% of the total amount they wish to lose. According to your ticker that would be 26lbs so you have actually already lost almost 20% of you total. That is AMAZING!!!!! The less you have to lose, the more slowly you will. Don't get discouraged. This DOES work!!!!

Don't give in after 2 weeks! The thing about this diet (which is odd, but true) is that you can lose nothing for 2 weeks and then 5 pounds in a day. Then another pound or two and then nothing again. And then whoooosh, 3 pounds gone. It's really weird. People stall all the time though but they have patience and wait and then one day they break the stall and keep going.

No diet is going to work miracles in 2 weeks, and no diet is going to promise steady weightloss either. Well, they might promise it but we all know that doesn't happen!

stick to it! The second time i did induction (this being the third) - I lost TEN pounds my first week and then nothing for 3 weeks. I was so irritated, but ten pounds in a month is actually pretty darned good!

Unfortuantely I went on a new medicine right about then and GAINED 15 pounds becuase I had to eat left and right. It was nutty. Had to be carbs too, and sugar. I was yawning all the time and jittery all at the same time. Without a good amount of food in my stomach i was unable to concentrate on anything. But, I went off of that and now I'm back. I expect it to be slow, but I have the rest of my life, no hurry!
