    2 mile WATP

    Also, lots of going up and down stairs today for any reason I could think of over and above the dreaded laundry trips.

    And I managed....... for the first time since re-inducting............

    To get my water in. 144 oz as of just a sip ago.

    How do you spell relief??????

    No longer do I spell it R O L A I D S

    Nope, I now spell it:

    An empty bathroom when I am on the run!!!

    Too funny! Congrats on getting your exercise in!

    I'm still battling this cold, I swear, if its possible, my head feels even worse right now. I really want to exercise this evening, but I don't know if I can bear the pain. May be a rest night today.

      45 min cardio at the gym, upper body weight training.



      40 min walk at the beach.

      And I still have to either stretch or do abs, per my "Week Four commitment"

        I got sunburned, so I couldn't exercise outside during the day, and now I'm working. So, I'm sad to say that this is most likely going to be a rest day.

        bleh. i didn't want it to be, but i really oculdn't have sun on me today!

          Sarah...... Hope you are feeling better soon! Rotten time of the year to get a cold. Allergies?

          Finelly.............. It is true. I feel obligated to keep my commitments after having posted them on the board. Thanks for beginning that thread! I am hoping for a beach walk later this week.

          Ouch Knicknack! Sunscreen!!! I burn easily because of a med I take and have to be very careful myself. (About 6 months into taking the med I spent one afternoon outside in the sun and then proceeded to spend the night in bed, in front of the air conditioner turned down as cold as it could go with every single package of frozen veggies that we owned. And as luck would have it I had recently stocked up at a sale! Hubby would come in periodically and change them.) Sunburns suck. Hope your skin is feeling better tomorrow!

            I did not do stretches OR abs today. I had committed to do one or the other every day this week. I will do better tomorrow.
