    Please enlighten me on pork rolls. Honestly, I have been curious about that since one of your earlier posts.

    I too apologize for missing any of your posts. I loved your getting to know you post in the addicts checking in section. We had lots of new ones, so I had a general welcome, hope you caught it.

            Hi everyone! Wow you guys are so nice! Thanks for all the love

            I am eating ALL my meals, lots of protein and fat, no low carb foods, just the induction stuff. I am snacking here and there when I am hungry. I completely stocked up at home so I am prepared for when I am hungry!
            I am actually making a 1/2 dozen of deviled eggs tonight to get through the week for mid morning snacks.

            I have 3 pieces of grilled chicken today with romaine and caesar dressing. I will only eat 2 pieces of chicken with lunch and save the other for my snack. For dinner I am having boneless pork chops with green beans - I will sback on 2 deviled eggs.

            No spankings needed LOL!!!

            Pork roll is also Taylor Ham to us East Coasters (mainly Pennsylvanians). Have It is basically a round slab of thin ham - sandwich size Almost everyone fries it in a frying pan to get a little crispness to it. It is awesome with cheese and eggs. Sometimes I even eat it with just cheese melted. I am careful because it is salty - could cause retention of water.

              Way to go, Kathi! Glad you are getting your calories and percentages up there. Would you mind making devilled eggs for me, too? It would save me some time....<g>

                Ummmm! While you are making Finelly the deviled eggs, could you make me some pork roll. That sounds good.

                Sounds like you are doing really well! Doing anything for exercise? And you are guzzling that water, right ?

                  Hi Sarah!! I am guzzling the water - I feel like a little piggy LOL.

                  I bought a "suana suit" from Everlast company and plan to do some aerobics in it tonight. Everlast an athletic boxing apparel and equipment company - mainly for boxing. I saw a boxer wear it on the Contender (reality show aired in the spring) and he lost 10 pounds of water weight in a few hours. Now, my purpose was not to look into losing all that water weight and dehydrating, but to see if it would help with inches. I did some research on the suits and have found they are great for aerobics and toning. I am going to give it a try....I am nervous about it though, I am worried I won't be able to get out of it once I am in it LOL
