  • Wednesday Exercise check-in

    I just got back from a fantastic aqua aerobics class. Hadn't been to one in months, and they have a new teacher who is fabulous.

    I got a terrific workout for an hour on legs, obliques, abs, and arms.

    I feel GREAT!
    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
    218/187/140
    Measuring every 2 weeks
    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

    I am going to go for my 30 to 50 minute burn around the neighborhood as soon as it gets dark! I love walking after dark, its cooler and more magical.

      WATP for me again.

      There are plans for a YMCA going in just 2 minutes from me in the next year and I cant wait. I would love to join a water aerobics class.

        I wimped out on exercise yesterday. Took some drugs for the sinus cold (still lingering, but not as bad) and went to bed. I will exercise tonight though!

            Thanks Finelly! I'm feeling much better today. I still have some symptoms hanging on, but I can make it through the work day. By the end of the day though, I'm exhausted. Still managed to get exercise in on Monday (shorter time though) and Tuesday. Plan to get back on track with it tonight. Wish me luck!
