    Not Hungry..woohoo!!!

    Just an update from a few days ago (Re: Hi again...and..a question about hunger)
    As of yesterday I finally lost my appetite! I didn't change anything I was eating and all yesterday I kept waiting to get hungry... and it didn't happen. Today I've been having to force myself to eat....just not getting hungry. I'm so happy!!!!! (of course I wouldn't mind a hot fudge sundae, but I'm NOT gonna go there...LOL)

      Thats great ssgswife!

      Wouldnt it be great if there were such a thing as a no carb, wonderfully creamy hot fudge sundae that could be called a freebie in this woe??!!

              Give me some time Terry and I'll figured out a way to make a no carb, hot fudge sundae. It only took me an hour to figure out a 1 carb cocktail sauce. I can live without bread, I can live without sugar... but I CANNOT live without cocktail sauce... so I spent an hour making and remaking until I came up with a perfect 1 carb cocktail sauce. It was the happiest moment of my life...LOL

                  Where, oh where is the recipe? I am having steamed shriimp right now and I need some sauce!!!!!

                          Yep, you can.

                          And I can make the hot fudge sauce....using Splenda, butter and cocoa powder.....

                          And isn't there an induction-friendly icecream recipe somewhere?
