    Well, I have to work Sat and Sun but Thurs and Fri's are my weekend, I plan to go to the gym Sat & Sun after work. We are going 5 days a week this week, I'm gonna have my butt dragging come Tues, but my trainer told me to only do cardio today since I did cardio and strength yesterday. He says to rotate the days....so thats good...I am so glad I joined a gym!! I really feel good after a workout.

      Hey, Nikki ~ how are the mountains? I moved up here to Washington from Aurora, right near Cherry Creek State Park. I also lived in Superior and Englewood. I miss it so much! I miss DSW shoes and Flat Irons and Park Meadows. And PF Changs... God! There is such a lack of good food up here. Maybe that is a good thing...

      My husband is from Longmont and we are going back home for a family reunion in Glenwood Springs in September. Can't wait to see those beautiful mountains again! It always feels like home to see them again...

        Disco - the feeling of working out (once you get past the "nooooo, I don't WANNA do it today!) and the feeling AFTER working out are some of the best I know! So glad you joined a gym! It'll make all the difference in the world!
