  • Made it past 2 weeks!

And it is truly getting easier.

Yesterday I had 2 buffets, one at lunch and one at dinner, and I stayed within my diet. It was hard, I told the waitress, when she asked if we wanted any "fresh rolls and honey butter"...I said "Please, NO!". lol...then mom was like, I wanted a roll....needless to say nobody got a roll and everybody got full. at dinner, dh had a kings feast, oh everything you can imagine bad for you, the dessert bar was like a circus beckonong when I passed it up and watched dh stuff himself with awe....I ate a chicken quarter and some green beans and picked at a steak.....he's like is that all you're gonna eat?? I say yeah..I'm full....meanwhile he's getting up for seconds..or was it thirds? Anyways, I just wanted to check in and .

Worked out with trainer for first time yesterday and am going again today although I feel like I got run over by a semi. Good day!!

Congrats on your determination! I find the more time I go without carbs the less I want them. Of course those craving do creap up on you at times.
