    Should be working

    Okay, back to my board addiction. Here it is, my last day before vacation. What am I doing? Posting on this board, definitely not working. I cannot help it. So, rather than fight it, I will tell you all that:

    I am wearing a just above the knee skirt. This is a big deal because I have refused to wear any shorts/skirts while I am this weight. Its not killing me either. I actually feel nice and cool. No strange looks from any clients or people at the office. I'm surviving it and I'm comfortable. Hmmmm... guess all the fears were just in my head.

    And what is everyone else up to?

    Hmm, I know what you mean, I should be working too, but I HAVE TO COME HERE for my weight loss sanity : ) YUP, I won't wear ANYTHING above the knee either. Not right now. I went boating 4th of July weekend and that was the first time in a long time I wore anything that showed my actual legs! It was embarrassing but it was all family so I felt ok.

    The more weight I lose, I feel my confidence creeping back as slowly as the pounds are coming off (they're balancing each other)

      I have to force myself to wear anything sleeveless.....and you can forget about wearing shorts in public.......capri pants are as short as I go!!!!!!! If I had a skirt that fit, I'd be inspired by you and would wear it out!

          You can only bless em if you have long legs. I have yet to find a pair that look OK on me.

          I wear shorts but draw the line at sleeveless tops.

            So, I'm not alone out there with my clothes phobias, huh? Well, we are all growing stronger with each day that we continue with this woe. Thank heavens. I cannot wait to wear shorts and sleeveless shirts without thinking twice about it. LOL

              Sleeveless shirts... yikes! I remember those... ha ha ha. Been a long time... i am pretty muscular under the fat so my arms look twice as big as they should be!

                Well, I was brave, I bought the sleeveless shirts too. Those don't make me feel nearly as uncomfortable as shorts do, though. Don't know why. I'm sure my arms are fat too (but shrinking as we speak).
