    Saturday Morning Restarting Once Again

    wish me luck!

    I'm just on the tail end of the strong antibiotics for my facial infection. My face is now back to its normal colour and the infectio has really calmed down but I'm stlil having a lot of acne spots as a result of this whole thing.

    I'm restarting Atkins again this morning.

    Its 3:30 a.m but I'm giong back to sleep and waking up around 6:00 a.m so I can exercise, make my lunch, prepare my snacks and get ready for work.

    I'm going to do it this time!

              Diva dear, you can do it!!!

              I admire you for continuing to plug along, despite this weird sunburn thing and the antibiotics and all of the frustrations that accompany it.

              You are doing a great thing by pre-planning for tomorrow. Make sure to get in a little exercise, even if only a few short walks. Keep moving! Drink that water! Check in on this forum at LEAST 40,005 times per day! We'll be here, cheering you on!
