    It's 10 p.m. here in California and I think it's probably early morning in Dubai.

    How's it going? You're gonna be FINE! You will do great!

    Remember that wonderful feeling when you are eating the right foods, not eating sugar, your carbs are the healthy kind? It's COMING!!!!!!!!!!

    Drink your water! Take a short walk! Have a snack! Do something nice for yourself today and post what you did!

    We're all here to support you (except I think everyone is actually NOT here, they are sleeping.....but if they were awake, they'd be here, for sure!!!!!!)

      I did it! First day Cheat Free!!! Thank you Finelly for thinking about me! It means a lot! Its Saturday night here, and I can go to sleep knowing that my conscience is clear with myself! Feels great to be back on track again!

                  well another successful day! Its 11:36 pm here on Sunday and I made it through the second day with NO cheating!! I was at work all day till 6 pm then went with my husband to do a few errands, then we even went to a friends farewell get together, there was brownies and chocolate cake even, and I didn't touch any of it!! I just had the toppings off a few pieces of pizza...WITHOUT the crusts! and I drank a lot of water today too......


                  thought you might want to have my recent update!
                  I'm going to bed now, off ready for Day 3!

                        Finelly,

                        That will be cool to think of being cheat free for 1 month, or several months as some of the members have been. All it takes is a "No!" to the bad foods and away we go....!

                        How are you doing btw? Back on track again with this WOE?
