Hello all, and happy Sunday!
So, today marks around one month on the program. I am here to report that i am down a total of 16 pounds, and that i am down 5 inches on my bust - 3 on my waist - and 3 on my hips. I am doing the mybodycomp.com and i am smaller by 9 inches all over just this past week alone! So that is pretty cool.
I am planning on staying on extended induction for a while longer, since i have so much weight to lose. I am hoping to be down to 240 by the time i leave for Glenwood Springs in September. That will be the weight that i started at two years ago when i lost 25 pounds. And that is just where i started! I feel so overwhelmed and that i have such a far way to go. But i am going to keep on keepin' on. The message boards help me to stay motivated and i just overall *feel* better on the inside, so that keeps me on track that this is a lifestyle change for LIFE, not a quick fix.
