    50 minute walk on the beach today.

    I'm going to the gym in a bit, so I'll post a follow-up report.
    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
    218/187/140
    Measuring every 2 weeks
    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

    I walked for about an hour and 20 minutes this morning, with a short break for a phone call. So maybe an hour and 10 minutes actually walked.
    Originally Started May 29, 2003 and lost 96 pounds. Fell off the wagon and gained over 100 pounds back. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

        Three hours of yoga. *gulp*

        More like two and 3/4 but whatever.

        i'm already sore, but I learned a lot!

          30 minute night time walk comin up as usual, (after I help set up one of my DJ's shows) so lots of lifting too! I don't have to perform tonight so am gonna spend a nice evening with my babe, give him a massage cause he's so awesome, and maybe talk him into going for a walk with me.
