    GOOOOD morning!

    I woke up stiff this morning after so much exercise yesterday, but the GOOD stiff, the LEAN stiff, the "wow, my body is changing!" stiff.

    Weighed myself (well, it looks like it will be a daily thing again, now.....) and another 1/2 lb gone, so in 4 weeks, I've lost 8 lbs. Which is better than GAINING 8 lbs. And I'm ok with this.

    I think I want to do another aqua aerobics class tonight, so I will work out later this afternoon - get the weight training in before hand.

    Today I am either getting nails done OR a hair cut. Or both, but doubtful, given the schedule of the kids. (did I mention I cannot WAIT for them all to have drivers licenses and am willing to pay the extra $157 a month in insurance for this third daughter to get hers next year? OMG, I drive all OVER!)

    I am feeling SO good. Very motivated. Very energetic. Healthy.

    Can't wait to measure tomorrow a.m. to see how many inches I've lost in the last 2 weeks!!!!!

    Just another manic Monday...wish it were a Sunday.

    I am up early and tired...I guess I should've went to bed earlier but I started watching Ed Wood and couldn't stop till the end. Pretty good movie. I also saw Garden State this weekend which I loved!! I think Natalie Portman is so cool.

    Finnelly, you sound so cheery, I am so happy for you! You really ought to get both your hair and nails done. You deserve it. And I know you'll feel fab. You'll feel like a star!

      Congrats on feeling good Finelly, I remember before I crashed and went off Atkins...I remember how much energy and how great I felt...Its good to know your soooo motivated keep up the good work....

        Happy Monday, everyone!

        It is a beautiful day here and should be super nice all week. The dogs are out laying in the sun, and i have just finished breakfast (bacon and eggs with cheese) and i am done exercising for the day. I find i really do have to do it first thing or it won't get done at all.

        Time to go and get the baby ready for the day and myself as well... i hope everyone has a good one!

          Woohoo on the loss....and I'm sure you'll have inches to add to it tomorrow. I know what you mean about the energy. My gosh I can't believe how much I have. Never ending....well....maybe not quite that.....but it sure is more than I had before. Happy Monday

            Hello......... Good evening here at the moment.

            We have had a long rolling thundershower afternoon here today. Sooo very humid.... yuck! I spent the day with more spring cleaning and began to tear down some of the panelling. I think the wallpaper is going to give me fits. May be a good idea to rent a steamer for this job. Not going to rip it down though until the ceilings are scraped. I dread that mess.

            I have muscles that are feeling all this cleaning. Gotta get a walk in tonight.

              Monday.. I am down a pound today (yippee) seem to be losing about 1/2 pound a day on average. Have almost zero for an appetite though. So I'm sure my carbs are way too low but at the rate I'm losing, I really don't care. I ate a couple of breakfast muffins with egg, ham, cheese, onion, peppers and bacon in them for brekkie. Couldn't eat a thing mid day, and for supper I'll probably have a small salad and a few greek ribs. Hope this is enough, oh and enough water to float a boat!

                finelly I got my nails done saturday and my hair is getting done tomorrow. It's great to do nice things for yourself!
