  • Changing my Ticker

    Hey Friends,
    You guys always have an answer for me. How about this one? I have gone to ticker factory and created my new ticker. (I need one because I have lost!!!) Anyway, I can't figure out where to post it here on the new web site design. Any tips? Am I the only one having problems with this? I am not very internet savy.

    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
    what the rungs mean to me:
    rung 1 - more veggies
    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
    rung 4 - berries, melon
    rung 5 - wine -
    rung 6 - beans, hummus
    rung 7 - other fruits
    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
    (on to pre-maintenance)

    ShannonK,

    Make your new ticker and copy the code from the top set of code (for vBulletin). You'll paste the code straight into the Edit signature text area. It'll just look like code but if you click "preview signature", it should show you the ticker graphic. Click "save Signature". That's it!

      You're not the only one, Sarah1341 asked the same question. I was gonna reply to her but I can't find the post where she asked the question. I guess I can PM...

        Hey, I just realized that I think that I had fixed my ticker yesterday and didn't realize it. You are great. Thanks! I sure don't want it to say that I have lost seven when I have lost nine.
