  • Dang.....it!!!!!

    I cannot get a handle on my freakin' eating!! I have been trying and trying and have yet to go more than a day or two and it's back to the same ol', same ol'. It is really making me MAD!

    Just thought I would share my frustration instead of going nuts! Thanks for listening to me.

    Hey, Babe, you are not alone out there.

    Tell us more about it. WHen does it happen? (morning, afternoon, evening, when you're out, when you're at home, etc) What are you eating?

    Are you still drinking water and getting exercise?

    The more info you provide, the better we can support you thru this! PROMISE!

      Hang in there ~ you can get through this! You certainly did the right thing by posting your frustrations and challenges. That always helps! And there is a lot of support to be had on this board. That is what we are all here for! You'll get back on track... just keep checking in here and everyone will help you out!

        I am in the same boat. I keep putting it off or makin excuses. Its really pretty sad.

        You are definetley not alone in this. I am right there with ya!

          What is it that makes you eat off plan? I can tell you how I started to stray...I got comfortable with losing 92 pounds, and also pissed that I couldn't lose anymore and I was still fat after all I had accomplished. If I get stressed, I think of eating something off plan and it takes my stress away - for those few minutes. Then I stress that I ate off plan. So what I did was write a journal on how crappy I felt after having my sugary carb food, and how good I felt after eating LC. I stick now - regardless of the stress or reason, nothing tastes as good as thin feels!

          Maybe journal your feelings and what you ate, and this may stop you from eating iff plan. How about cutting out the clothes you want to wear, froma magazine, and carrying them with you?

                I like to think about what a great WOE this is compared to starving myself with little bits while doing a low calorie plan. If I was on a low calorie plan all I'd have eaten by now today is a banana.
