Here's a silly question, maybe... But I find when I measure, I never do it exactly the same way. Meaning sometimes I pull the tape tighter than other times. How do you guys generally measure? Loose, tight, or in between? It seems my inches have been the same for quite some time now, give or take 1/4" or so.

I exhale my breath and then take that measurement. So tummy fully extended! lol I try to keep it in my mind that I will measure with a wee bit of tape slack. Keep it in your mind and you will always repeat that process.
