  • Lets talk FAT!

    Hi Guys.....

    I have noticed that when people viewed my menu, they told me I needed to eat alot more fat....And I was wondering what was a good percentage everyday, or what is too much?

    Can someone please ellaborate on this for me?

    You should aim for 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs.

        I tend to be over 65% on fat, usually around 70%. That is where I tend to lose the best and have the most energy. I think it has to do with eating less meat than most...so I have to use eggs and sour cream, cheese, etc.
