    Re: Jessesmomma

Feeling much better thanks! And made it through the night lol. My legs are pretty sore this morning, I guess I need to drink even more water or could be running up and down stairs to the bathroom all day (and night). Weighed again this morning, I know I shouldn't weigh everyday but I actually kinda felt lighter when I woke up and I am down another 2pds!!! You guys on this board are really great, thank you so much for all the support. I think I need to find a recipe for something sweet and easy to make since that is my one weakness. Any suggestions? Thanks again for everything, your the best.

      1. Finellys cheesecake pudding (equal parts cream cheese and sour cream with splenda and vanilla to taste) It is very good.

      2. a splash of heavy cream in a small glass of diet orange crush.

I dont make a habit of them to keep my sweet tooth under control but sometimes it is nice to have something sweet. Especially "that" time of month.

Glad you made it thru cheat free!

How much water are you getting? If Im not drinking enough the first place I feel it is in my legs.

Congrats on the 2# loss this morning!

I shoot for a gallon each day but if I begin to slack and get dehydrated it takes a couple of days for my legs to get back to normal.

                My sweet treats:

                1. Sugar free jello blended before it sets with a block of cream cheese. I use slightly less water making the jello and the result is a really firm and yummy treat.

                2. Cheesecake pudding (equal parts sour cream and cream cheese blended with splenda and vanilla).

                3. Fried jicama ('Faux fried apples'). Slice jicama thinly, and fry up in butter until golden brown. Add splenda and cinamon to taste. Served warm, even with a dash of cream if your fats aren't high enough, is yummy.

                4. 3 tablespoons of whipped cream mixed with cocoa powder and splenda. OMG, this is chocolate mousse to die for.

I find that small servings do just fine in satisfying my desire for something sweet.
