I had success on this diet last summer then went back to college (you have no idea how hard it is to do this diet at college). Well needless to say I quit it. Well I started it again this summer then went on vacation for a week and everything went to ****. So, this is my third time (third times a charm right?). I am 5'8 and only have about 20 pounds to lose, but I think atkins is the best way to go for me. This is my first day back and so far I've had 2 eggs with 1 piece of cheese melted over them. I could really use some support because it's hard to come back after eating pretty much anything for the last week. Please help
