    Hi Guys


    I hope everyone is having a good day......

    For today I will have 30 min of fast pace walking.
    1 hour aquafit class.....(never been, will see how it goes....LA Fitness)

    I belong to LA fitness, also, and go to their aqua fitness classes.

    The thing to remember if this is your first time is that every teacher is completely different. If you love what you get today, keep with that teacher! If you find it's not so great, try another day or time of day.

    At my LA fitness, there are about 4 people who teach the classes (MWFSat at 9 am., MW at 6 pm) and I have found that the Wednesday evening teacher and the Saturday morning teacher are the best!

              I did 45 min of cardio at the gym, followed up lower body weight training.
              Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
              218/187/140

                I did situps, pushups, a tiny bit of yoga, and went for a very very very slow walk that ended up being limpy. About half a mile I'd say.

                but I do'nt want to just sit around and wait for my leg to stop hurting. *whine*

                  Good on you for making an effort! I know I was limping around after a 100 minute walk last night too, but that was just because I pushed myself a little too hard. We had this incredible yellow moon that was so low, and so round it looked like I could chase it and touch it. What beauty! I just HAD to keep walking to watch it rise.

                        I swam 1/2 mile Thursday night in 40 minutes. It took me 50 to do it on Sunday. I am trying to get back where I could do a whole MILE in 35-40. Making progress.........

                          We have the same goal lowcarbincleveland! I did a half mile in about 25 minutes the other day. Once I can do that twice as fast, then I"m there! lol
