My jicama was yucky on the inside!
So how can you tell if your getting a good one? I did mix up some sour cream, cream cheese, sf lemon jello, and some whipping cream and made a pudding like stuff that taste just like my grandmas lemon cheese cake, minus the gram cracker crust. Pretty tastey though but next time I think I will "bloom" the geletain first before adding it in, kinda grainy.
