Hey Terry. Today has been a pretty rough day. Feeling crappy plus cravin like crazy. Keep makin excuses in my mind why I should just say heck with it and eat but then I gather my senses and find something else to do for a bit . Hope I can hold out, wish it was time for bed lol.
You CAN hold out!! Eat something high in fat. Dont starve yourself. Just stay away from the sweet illegal stuff.
Drink water, take a couple of ibuprofen and drink more water. This will help to flush all the crap out of your system and when its gone I promise you are going to feel great. That good old ketosis appetite supression and energy will be so worth it when you are on the other side.
Hang in there! Be kind to yourself. Post a lot. This is detox and will end.
Something that really worked for me was taking L-Glutamine. I didn't crave sweets at all! It's not that expensive. Get some and take 2,000mg a day. You won't even think about what you CAN'T have!
I am packing a salad, some dressing and a couple cans of turkey meat for my gig, and some eggie quiche muffins for snacking for the 3 a.m. tear down munchies. I'll be ok, PMS or not! heh heh

Im doing just fine.....Already had 48 oz of water.....Had a Atkins bar (they don't stall me) Then were going to be headed towards my house....and when I get there I will grab some pepperoni slices and more water of course....Then probably some time around 3pm e.s.t we will probably be heading for the Sweet Tomato....(A Gigantic Salad Bar Resturaunt) but it is a BYOD affair "Bring your own Dressing"....hehehe
