    hello everyone.,I hope everyone's doing well.This is day three cheat free!!!yay for me.

    Treadmill:
    70minutes
    503calories
    3.58miles

    My goal is to exercise every day for fourteen days while I'm on induction because my weight loss goals are pretty ambitious.I want to be 175-180pounds by my birthday,August 31st.Is that too amibitious?The last time I was on induction I lost 15pounds with no exercise what so ever and only drinking a few cups of water.This time I've been drinking about 64-80oz daily and exercising everyday.DO you guys think it's possible to be about 180 or 175 by August 31st?thanx in advance for replies.

    P.S. I have a question for those who are very knowledgeable about target heart rates....Mine says I should be between 120-140 but every time I exercise it's in the 150-170s.Is that ok?I don't experience any adversity but I want to make sure that's not too high.thanx in advance for replies.

    45 pounds in a month and a half seems unlikely to me. But, I'm by no means an expert!

    you should be fine with your heart rate between 150-170 at your age. Higher heart rate puts you into cardio (oxygen burning) instead of fat burning though, I believe. But, really I think you'll be burning fat anyway.
