Dang this going to the Restroom.....

Hey Guys

Don't get me wrong I like drinking the water but he getting up going to the bathroom is now getting old and ridiculous.....

I have probably been every bit of 6-8 times today.....God Make it Stop....


Anyone else a little frustrated as well?

Your body will adjust in time and you wont go quite so often. Hang in there!

When I was on Atkins the first time and whined about all the trips I was making that is what I was told and it turned out to be my experience. Took awhile but it did work.

Although now, I get my water in by mid afternoon so I am not up running all night long.

Yeah but I run all day and night....Last night I must have got up about 4 times in the middle of the night talking about upset.......I hate waking up in the middle of the night

Thats why I prefer to get my water in by 4 or 5 in the afternoon. A few times a week I get up maybe once a night but thats all.

Ok well I guess Im going to have to compromise.......Go all day at work and cut the water off around 7 or 8 ....that about what time i get out the gym....Well Im outta here.....

Yeah and I notice that my kidneys ache from time to time when my bladder is full, I think my body is in shock. Hope this passes too. Its not painful, but feels like a stitch in your side.

Well it seems to have gone away, maybe I tried to drink too much too soon lol
