    Our own Finelly made a very good point in another thread:

    It is important for you to check in daily (or as often as you can). If you are having a hard time there are people here to help you. If you backslide... especially if you backslide do not run away in shame. Come and let your STAC buddies help pick you up by the seat of your pants and get you back to where you WANT to be.

    We have all been there, done that. You are not alone.

    You know you want to lose weight or you wouldnt have come in the first place. You know you want to succeed. Let your friends here help.

    You can post in the forum for help or find a buddy and send a PM.

    We are only a click away!!

      Great post.
      I was thinking, (watch out world) that maybe we should start a list of folks who are member AND want to be on our "buddy" list. Name goes on the list and then if we don't hear from them we send out the STAQ squad to check up on them.

        I check in billions of times a day and anyone can always pm me. because I'm on the west coast, I'm up later than everyone else (almost) and so if you freak out late at night, I'll probably catch your pm.

        I firmly believe that the way to help ourselves is to help others. If I am vulnerable, I will post or pm someone, knowing that I will return the favor at some point in the future, and I usually do! So don't be shy!

          Another fine idea from another great STAC member!

          This would be a great sticky to have so nobody is left behind as this forum grows in leaps and bounds. Wanna run with that one Desert and create the thread?
