    Day four and still going very strong.Induction flu seems to have gotten a little better though I still feel terrible.Anywhoo,here's today's exercise stat

    You are doing good today lots2lose!

    Bet by tomorrow you will be feeling great and the induction flu symptoms will be gone.

    Keep drinking to flush all the junk out of your body, that will help speed up the process.

      thanks Terry that's what I've been trying to do.I drink about 40ozs during workout,and then try and drink about 40-60ozs more as the day progesses.I find it's not that hard since I work out in the morning so sometims by the time the day is over I have consumed a lot of water.It's helping,because I can even go to the bathroom now,something I couldn't do for the first two days or so.

          You are doing sooooo well! Just one more day, I'll bet, and you'll get the Atkins high...........

          I think it's fantastic that you are still exercising despite the induction flu. And your water intake is excellent. You're doing everything right, and will be rewarded!

              lol I hope so too!!!Actually I felt much better today.I cooked enough to last for a week(it's hard to cook at college).Jerk Chicken,Stew Beef,and some hot wings.Mostly sides of brocolli cause it's my favorite vegie.I was just generally not able to sit still.I was moving constantly all day even with the soreness.
