I thought it might be interesting to start listing the things we are noticing in our bodies as we progress on this woe.
* When I was working out today, I noticed that the rounding of my upper arms is reducing. It's not quite a straight line from my shoulders down, but it's definately getting there.
* My jeans are loose in the thighs.
* I wear a men's "wife beater" tank top over my workout shorts and sports bra, and it is no longer as tight over my abdomen.
* When I wake up in the morning, I always have a good, lean, strong sensation.
It's ALL good!!!!!!!
