I had not even thought about making these until I was browsing posts on another site and came across a thread about them. I made some today. YUM~~ I used mayo, mustard, sald, pepper, and mount olive sweet relish. Sorinkled with Paprika. I ate one already. My husband is fishing now, and it is all I can do not to eat them up before he gets home!!!!!!

    Question?

Does Low carbing do something to one's ability to type? I notice all of the time that my typing/spelling is horrid!!!!

The mount olive are made with splenda, and I am not doing Atkins per say. Just cutting carbs back to 20-25 per day.

          Re: Deviled Eggs

The mount olive pickles are great. I havent seen the relish around here, but never really look at the relish offerings at the grocery store. My family will only eat homemade relish. I'll be checking that aisle out the next time I go though.

I wish I liked eggs. I can eat an omelette once a week and maybe get in some scrambeled eggs with cheese and veggies once in awhile but I hate the white part of a boiled egg. Love the filling in the deviled eggs though!

The filling would be good in celery I think, or used as a dip for some of the cheese chips or so.

I do love deviled eggs, but I prefer them without relish.

Shrimp Deviled Eggs sound good. Have you ever tried them with chicken? I have not, but just thought they may also be good.

It is so wonderful. I hate DILL in my tuna and stuff like this, so I am in love with this. I see that Vlasic now makes a splenda sweetened one.
