Hi Guys! Well, I got lots of exercise on vacation last week. Feel like I may have lost some inches in the belly (thank god). So, today I plan to keep with the trend and either walk 30 minutes outside or do the 2 Mile WATP video.

I am taking it easy tonight because I stepped on some glass yesterday. I may do some arm bands tonight while I sit around though. I don't want all of my hard work to backslide!Sharron - Musical Theatre Geek! Female, age 49 -

Restarted 6/1/05 for the FINAL TIME @ 431 lbs Lost 80 Atkins
Came back 10/1 after losing 109 additional on Weight Watchers
Weight on 9/30/07 239.8! Lowest EVER!
If we aren't supposed to eat animals, why are they made of meat?
