    Morning all! I got an early start to the day, already walked 60 minutes and thought I'd start our usual thread myself today! How's everyone?

    i didn't get to do anything today because i woke up too late. terrible excuse. i'm on my second day of induction. tomorrow will be better for exercise.

        Good Job Star.....I will be taking the day off today....Asthma was flaring up this weekend....Leaving early from work to go home and rest.....I seem to have bronchitis infection...again...Sheeeshhhhh

          Good Job on getting up and getting motivated. I usually exercise in the evenings. I will be going to a place called Inches A Weigh this evening as well as my 50 sit-ups.

            Hi Guys! Well, I got lots of exercise on vacation last week. Feel like I may have lost some inches in the belly (thank god). So, today I plan to keep with the trend and either walk 30 minutes outside or do the 2 Mile WATP video.

                Going to do my Crunch "Fat Burning Pilates" tape when I get home tonight, guzzling the water now in preparation- she kicks my butt every time!

                  I am taking it easy tonight because I stepped on some glass yesterday. I may do some arm bands tonight while I sit around though. I don't want all of my hard work to backslide!

                      Yeah, where is Finelly? Is she hiding from us? I bet she's walking on the beach, enjoying her kids and her husband. Hope so for her anyway!!
