    Re-starting induction, wish me luck

    Once again, I am embarking down the road to induction with a hopeful heart and a spirit to forgive (myself) and plunge headlong into induction again. I really, really am going to give it more of an effort and not let the cheats get in my way. Today I went shopping and everything, so tomorrow is the big day because I am all prepared. Please sprinkle me with "second time around is the charm" powder and cross your fingers and say a little prayer for me. I have got to get this weight off and now is the best time for me to do it. My health is getting worse and I can't take it anymore; its affecting my work now. Well, anyways, see ya'all tomorrow.

    I wish you luck.

    But I also wish you:

    * The courage to come on to this Board every day, and come to this Forum, every day, to check in, read, post a message, let us know how you are doing (good and bad).

    * The ability to withstand the severest Induction Flu if it should hit.

    * The determination to keep at it, no matter what happens!

    * The memory of how this WOE works and will continue to work for you, me, and everyone here!

    * The trust that we will support you 100% as you try again, on the board in each thread, in pms, and in email if you need us.

      Welcome to STAC! Let us help with your first day/week of induction by posting alot and helping you to keep that momentum going.

        Yay! Good luck! I'm right there with you too. Today I'm clean into it. Yesterday was not quite since I at some strawberries in the morning which make me get bloated. Though I did drop 2.5 pounds overnight with all the water I drank.
