    Vitamins that taste good?

    blech phbt phbt phbt. My multi-vitamins taste yucky! Does anyone have any suggestions for multi-viatmins that taste good or at least not blechy?

      I use Walmarts equivalent to Centrum ........ Not sure about a chewable one out there for you that would taste better. My vitamin C is really strong and I cant seem to huck it down with out tasting it either.

          I take all of my supplements at night, right before I turn out the light, so that they are completely digested and don't have an aftertaste when I wake up.
          Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
          218/187/140
          Measuring every 2 weeks
          As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



          Minimum 45 min cardio per day

              Yeah the old "essential oil" fish burps are rather gross! heh heh

                  eeew... fish burps? I haven't noticed them although I am taking a fish, flax and borage combo... However I have not been religous about it... hey- there is a challenge for myself- take my supplements everyday. I think I will do it!

                      yeah the essential oils fish burps are groosss!! bleeach!
