    How are you doing this morning Rhonda? Were you able to check out the website I gave you with the lc recipes in it? There is lots of good stuff there.

    What did you have for breakfast this morning?

    I havent seen you on as usual this morning and am hoping it is because we were having a hard time getting on here for some reason.

    Check in..... Im worrying here!!!

    hey girl! Sorry it took me so long to answer your post, actually just saw it. Today was pretty good. Had sundried tomato turkey and cheese sandwich wrapped in lettuce for breakfast, had some deviled eggs for a lunch, a couple string cheese for snack and a steak with a few slices of cold jimaca for supper. Seems like I had something else but sure can't think what it was lol. Yes I did check out some of those recipes, I really would like a good, easy recipe for beef and broccoli, don't think it would be to hard to figure out but I'm not much of a cook. Anyway I figure I'll take this thing day by day and remember what I'm working for. Thanks for all the advice and concern, I feel I've really made some new friends here on this board. Oh by the way sign me up for the buddy program.

      I have an easy recipe for Chicken and Broccoli, which you may beable to switch to beef. Frozen broccoli, nuke until un frozen, Cube up about 3 chicken breasts, and stir fry til done. Add onion if you want. Dump in a jar of alfredo sauce and the broccoli and sprinkle with parmasan cheese and wawlal, dinner. 15 minutes tops.
      Or better with beef, maybe switch to lowcarb spagetti sauce, HUMMMM, that might be good.
